One brand comes up the moment anyone mentions a versatile refillable device in Britain: Voopoo. The VM1 at 0.3 ohm, typically quoted around 32 to 40 W, offers the compromise most people actually settle on. It gives real volume without the appetite of the VM6 and without demanding a large battery.

Both of these want a more glycerine heavy liquid and a device capable of supplying the wattage asked for. Fitting one to a small pod built for a tight draw unbalances the whole thing and flattens the battery at a startling rate.
